Project details

To honor the Year of the Water Dragon we’ll be stripping both fabric and color for this review of Reiko Date Wingfield. The character being a Tony Taka creation can be visually admired in the OVA of Fault!!, a tennis hentai series.

SkyTube’s 1/6 scale of Reiko measures 27.5 cm / 10.73 in tall and stands firm on a small circular base that features the Fault!! logo and a tennis ball as well as the lines from the court. While providing the owner with several outfits thanks to a larger than usual wardrobe none of them are entirely faithful to the original .

The figure comes with a full castoff option in where one may choose to remove or attach the shirt, jacket, bikini top and bikini bottom for multiple appearance combinations.

1/6 is probably my favorite scale to work with and while they may not be as impressively towering as 1/4 scales at least they don’t hold your desk hostage. Add a well-executed and colored sculpt with a variety of display options and you have a pretty impressive figure in Reiko Date Wingfield.

In the Ova I found Reiko the most appealing ^^
Good to see that the figure turned out like that.

She’s already quite hot in this biikini, I really like her butt as well.

Where are the colors? *knocking on the screen* :p
I can’t say something about the colors, but the body sculpting looks very nice and the low key light accentuates that quite well. I like 06, 04 and 03 the most from these pictures.

Alphamax made some really nice figures this year, I like my Gravure Idol Sonico a lot =), I’d like to see more from them next year.
